Summer Place Venues
Summer Place Venue Hall
Our second largest venue at Summer Place, seats anything from a minimum of 110 to a maximum of 150 guests in comfort. It's the perfect venue for large functions and weddings, and can be decorated to suit any theme. Situated at the southern end of Summer Place near the Chapel, it boasts stunning views of our garden, and has facilities for outdoor seating if needed.Venue hire for weddings is R4500.00 + VAT and you have the option of choosing either Champagne Breakfast for Morning Weddings (9:00am) or Brunch for afternoon Weddings (4:00pm)
Included in the menu price are round or rectangular tables, chairs, a selection of tablecloths, overlays and serviettes, as well as cutlery, crockery and glassware. Not included in the menu price are the following items: chair covers, flowers, Chapel, special decor, additional lighting, printed menus, petals, printed seating plans, a disco, puplic address system, a minister, an organist, heaters, staff or bar facility.
This venue is ideal for Christenings, Birthday Parties, Breakfasts, Ladies Gatherings, Tea Parties, Intimate Morning Weddings, Engagements, Matric Farewells, and Company Functions.

The 'Spring Blossom' Venue
Our largest venue at Summer Place, seats anything from 130 to 350 guests in comfort. It's the perfect venue for large functions, corporate events and weddings. This venue can be decorated to suit any theme. Situated at the northern end of Summer Place it boasts a stunning interior, classical and elegant, making it a truly world class venue, and has become a firm favorite amongst the Summer Place clientelle.Venue hire for weddings is R7000.00 + VAT and you have the option of choosing either Champagne Breakfast for Morning Weddings (10:15am) or Brunch for afternoon Weddings (5:15pm).
This venue is ideal for Christenings, Birthday Parties, Breakfasts, Ladies Gatherings, Tea Parties, Intimate Morning Weddings, Engagements, Matric Farewells, and Company Functions.
Included in the menu price are round or rectangular tables, chairs, a selection of tablecloths, overlays and serviettes, as well as cutlery, crockery and glassware. The 'Four Seasons' Venue
Our medium sized venue at Summer Place, the Four Seasons seats anything from (a minimum of) 60 to 80 guests in comfort. It's the perfect venue for smaller functions, and more intimate weddings. This venue can also be decorated to accommodate any theme. Situated at the north-west end of Summer Place it boasts a cosy interior, yet with a classical and elegant atmosphere, making it a perfect venue for those who prefer a more intimate event.Venue hire for weddings is R3200.00 + VAT and includes Brunch for a afternoon wedding (2:45pm)
This venue is ideal for Christenings, Birthday Parties, Breakfasts, Ladies Gatherings, Tea Parties, Intimate Morning Weddings, and Engagements.
Included in the menu price are round or rectangular tables, chairs, a selection of tablecloths, overlays and serviettes, as well as cutlery, crockery and glassware. The 'Creek' Venue
Our smallest venue at Summer Place, seats anything from (a minimum of) 50 to 80 guests in comfort. It's the perfect venue for smaller functions, and more intimate weddings. This venue can also be decorated to accommodate any theme. Situated at the west end of Summer Place it boasts a cosy interior, complete with fireplace and authentic african decor, making it a perfect venue for those who prefer a more intimate and locally flavoured event.Venue hire for weddings is R1600.00 + VAT and you have the option of choosing either Champagne Breakfast for Morning Weddings or Brunch for afternoon Weddings.
This venue is ideal for Christenings, Birthday Parties, Breakfasts, Ladies Gatherings, Tea Parties, Intimate Weddings, and Engagements.

Summer Place's Wedding Chapel
Our Chapel seats 150 to 180 guests in comfort. It's the perfect place to have your dream wedding. The wooden interior creates an inviting atmosphere, and golden stained glass windows bathe the wedding couple in a beautiful golden glow that complements the warmth and ambiance of the chapel itself. When decked out with hundreds of flowers and romantic candle lights our Chapel makes the perfect backdrop for truly stunning and memorable photographs of your wedding ceremony. Our prefered wedding photographers have the experience needed to ensure that your wedding photos reflect the mood and atmosphere of the ceremony acurately, and to capture the key moments as they unfold.Chapel hire for weddings is R1400.00 plus VAT, with an additional charge of R900.00 plus VAT for chapel flowers, candles and draping per Bride, if required.
